First beta version released

Enlighten App for Android
The first beta version of the Enlighten App for Android is now available for you to use and test. Beta testing has now finished.

Feel free to try it out and report back on what you think, along with any bugs, problems or suggestions you may have while using it.

Please bear in mind that this is the very first version for testing purposes and many more features and improvements (including to the design) are planned for subsequent releases.


Due to this is being a beta (test) version of the Enlighten App, it is not yet available on the Android Market.

However you can install it by following these 3 steps:

  1. Download the Enlighten App to your computer or via your Android device.
  2. If you’ve downloaded it to your computer, transfer the file to your Android device.
  3. On your Android device, navigate to the location of the file using a file manager and select the file to install it.

Note: In order to install this and other non-Market applications, you need to ensure that the option labeled Unknown sources under Settings / Applications is enabled.
